1. Acceptance of Terms

Le Paradis du Streamer is a SaaS platform that automatically generates short video clips from long-form content (streams, videos) using AI analysis, and allows scheduled publishing to social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Content Ownership and Rights
You retain all ownership rights to content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transform your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.). By connecting these accounts, you authorize us to publish content on your behalf according to your instructions. You remain bound by the terms of service of those third-party platforms.
6. Subscription and Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to upload, generate, or publish content that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, contains harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit material involving minors, or other prohibited content.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will result in deletion of your data subject to our data retention policies.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
